As mentioned in the paint section, this is a relatively simple figure, as most of the colors are white, and there isn’t much shading. However, her cuffs, buttons, patterns, belt, and earrings are all detailed accurately, just like in the anime.

Included with the figure are two additional faceplates, an openable suitcase, a blue moon weed flower, her staff, and a book. They even provide a blue moon weed flower strip to place on the Nendoroid's base.

My biggest complaint, at least with my unit, is that her left shoulder mantle doesn’t sit properly in the hole or slot on her back and tends to fall off.

The Frieren Nendoroid is relatively simple to paint, as her outfit is primarily white with black, gold, and red accents. The paint quality is impressive, with even the small red buttons on areas like the neck and cuffs applied cleanly, without any noticeable spillage. The metallic sections, like her earring, also have a nice shine to them, enhancing the figure’s details.

Her skin tone looks natural, but her hair color leans a bit more gray than white, which somewhat gives the impression of age. (Yes, I know she’s over 1,000 years old, but she’s definitely not a grandma...yet!)

This is a highly poseable Nendoroid with plenty of accessories to play around with. I took a photo of her in her iconic pose, floating with the moon behind her, looking down.

Other possible poses include an innocent (=w=) face with her index fingers touching, holding a book to read, sniffing the iconic blue moon weed flower, or a traveling pose with her suitcase. There are plenty of options, so it’s up to you to decide how you want to display her. 

The sculpting quality is good, though not exceptional. There are no visible mold lines or jagged edges on her hair or outfit. The clothing has some nice wrinkles, especially where the arms fold. The face sculpt is well done, and I really love her innocent, cute (=w=) expression faceplate.

My main complaint is that the hole meant to hold her left shoulder mantle is just slightly loose, causing the mantle to fall off when you move it, which can be annoying. Many other Nendoroids I own don’t have visible mold lines on their legs, but with the Frieren Nendoroid, you can somewhat see a line on her pants.

Frieren Nendoroid

This is one of the most detailed Nendoroids I've ever seen, likely due in part to the included accessories. Her outfit has all the essential elements for her signature look, including her wheat pouch necklace, red belt, iron ring tied with a rope-like cloth, and the woolen edges and hems—all beautifully captured.

One of her faceplates even features a fang, and her bushy tail looks great. Plus, the ability to switch between her wolf ears and her hat (or head scarf—I’m not sure what it's called) adds an extra layer of detail. The wolf ears are inserted into holes on her head, ahead of a plastic tab that fits into the hair seam, similar to the MaoMao Nendoroid, making it even better.

The paintwork on this Holo Nendoroid from Spice & Wolf is gorgeous. Her hair features a smooth gradient, transitioning from light to darker brown. Her tail has a solid white tip, with no gradient blending into the brown.

Her skin tone looks natural, and her eyes are captivatingly painted. Even the tiny white fangs are precisely painted with no noticeable spillage. The red pouch on her necklace is also well done, though the ribbon could use more detailed painting.

Holo's classic outfit, which combines shades of purple, dark purple, black, and red, is expertly painted. There's no paint spillage, even in the fine details between the main clothing, the thin red lines, the woolen fluffy parts, and the iron ring.

Overall, the paintwork is impressive, with clean lines and no visible paint spills.

The Holo Nendoroid offers excellent pose variation, thanks to the accessories that come with it. As someone who enjoys figure photography, she’s a lot of fun to photograph.

I’ve posed her peeking out from behind an apple, made it look like she’s biting into one, and even set up a shot where she’s cheering with a beer. These are just a few of the poses I’ve tried, but with additional accessories like the apple in hand, teasing expression, and the hand-behind-back arm, there are definitely many more possibilities.

The sculpting on the Holo Nendoroid is excellent. There are no visible mold lines or jagged edges on either her hair or clothing. The clothing features realistic wrinkles, and the woolen parts at the hem are beautifully sculpted.

The faceplates capture Holo's likeness perfectly, with each expression well-crafted and highly expressive.

Holo Nendoroid

The details in this Nendoroid are exactly what I’d expect from the lineup. Ruby’s B-Komachi outfit boasts intricate detailing, complete with all the necessary frills. It’s impressive that they even included her necklace, even though you’d only spot it if you remove her head. But hey, the attention to detail is commendable!

Despite a minor paint spill on her clothes around the chest area, the rest of the figure is exceptionally well painted, devoid of any major flaws. The Ruby Nendoroid’s hair exhibits subtle shading, transitioning from a darker yellow to a lighter hue. Her eyes, adorned with the star motif, are exquisitely detailed.

Moreover, the Nendoroid’s skin tone appears natural, and the blushes on some of her faceplates are impeccably executed.

I won’t lie—it was the pose that truly made me want to get this Nendoroid. Her cat-mouth winking face is irresistibly adorable. I enjoy positioning her with her left leg lifted, flashing a peace sign alongside that playful expression. It’s the ultimate combination!

As for possibility, it’s quite impressive. With two additional faceplates and accessories like a mic, fan, and light stick, you have plenty of options. Plus, there are extra arms, hands, and legs to play around with.

The sculpting on this Nendoroid is excellent, with no visible molding lines marring her hair, body, clothes, legs, or arms. While there are some minor jagged edges on her hair, they’re not too distracting or severe.

And speaking of faces, the winking cat-mouth expression is spot-on and utterly adorable. True, I don’t recall Ruby making that face in the anime, but hey, I wholeheartedly welcome this delightful addition!

Hoshino Ruby Nendoroid

The Mao Mao Nendoroid's face features an excellent amount of detail, with well-defined freckles and eyes. The other two faceplates also showcase priceless expressions of excitement and being freaked out. Additionally, the bun tied with the ribbon in her hair is nicely executed.

However, her outfit leaves something to be desired. While it is anime-accurate, it appears rather basic. Adding a bit more wrinkling or some extra shading could have enhanced this simple design.

Overall, the paintwork on this Mao Mao Nendoroid is excellent. The hair features shading with darker and lighter shades of green, giving it a natural look. The skin tone is natural, complemented by colourful eye painting, and the freckles and blushes are well-defined.

However, the outfit painting is very simple, with just red and a couple of different shades of green. There are no paint spills or imperfections, at least.

The Nendoroid comes with a standard set of extra hands and arms, along with two additional faceplates that you can interchange. This allows for various poses and expressions. However, there is a significant issue with this Nendoroid.

Unlike other Nendoroids, Mao Mao's lower body lacks movable thighs. It consists of a solid skirt with tiny feet at the bottom. This means you cannot pose the legs or make the Nendoroid sit.

She does come with a good variety of accessories such as a bowl, herbs, cat ears, and tails. However, I am not fond of how the cat ears and tail attach to the Nendoroid. They are plastic tabs that you have to insert into the hair and hip joint slits. Not only are they difficult to secure, but they also do not sit flush against the hair or skirt. Good Smile should have opted for holes with additional hair or skirt parts instead of this plastic tab method.

The sculpting for the face is spot-on; it definitely captures Mao Mao's likeness. The hair sculpting is also great, especially the bun tied with the ribbon. The hands and arms are nicely done, without any visible sculpting or molding lines.

However, when it comes to the body and her skirt, there isn't much detail to speak of. It's essentially a smooth, oval molding with not much going on.

Mao Mao Nendoroid

The details meet expectations for a Nendoroid. The uniform is simple but includes all the necessary buttons and wrinkles to give it a natural appearance, such as on her coat and ribbons. There are no protruding strands in the hair, but the hairlines are well-defined and look nice.

Excellent paintwork on this Kana Arima Nendoroid. The hair has varying shades of red, transitioning from darker tones to lighter ones. The skin tone looks natural, and the eyes are painted richly and attractively. The blushes on one of the faceplates also appear to be of high quality.

The school uniform is well-painted, although it is a simple design. There are no paint spills or jagged edges.

With a couple of extra hands, arms, and faceplates, there are quite a few poses you can create with this Nendoroid, although it's somewhat more limited compared to other Nendoroids I've owned. The blushing faceplate is really cute, and I love it. I have done a few photoshoots with her and was able to achieve the poses I wanted, at least.

However, the choice of accessories is a letdown. You only get a book and a hat. That's it. Moreover, the hat is difficult to keep on because it's held in place by just a plastic tab. They should have use magnets instead.

The sculpting is excellent, with no visible molding lines on her hair, body, legs, or arms. There are also no jagged edges, rough patches, or mold transfers.

The faces capture Kana Arima's appearance well, and there are no imperfections on the faceplates either. All the joints are tight and fit quite well without any loose pieces.

Kana Arima Nendoroid

The details are in line with what I expect from a Nendoroid. All her sleeves have Miku’s signature buttons on them, and her shirt has frilly edges. Additionally, her arm has "01" painted on it. The sakura flower pattern on her hair is also pretty. However, her hair is just one smooth plastic piece and doesn’t really have any strands of hair protruding.

Sakura Miku Nendoroid was initially released in 2013, but I only ordered it recently, brand new. The paint surprisingly holds up well despite some plasticizer sticky issues, which are easily washed off with water.

The paintwork on the hair is great, transitioning from pale pink to pink, though I am not a fan of the glossy plastic GSC uses for the hair. The sakura flower pattern in her hair is also pretty.

Her outfit features white and pink colors, with the sleeves, skirt, and boots painted in a more sparkly and shiny pink color. The signature Miku sleeve, which features buttons, is also painted without any spills.

Sakura Miku Nendoroid's skin tone looks natural too, although I wish her eyes had a bit more detail than just red and white shading. The accessories, such as the onigiri, flower, flower base, and cushions, are also nicely painted without any flaws.

Sakura Miku being my second Nendoroid, I found that she has more poseability compared to my first Nendoroid, Shiro from No Game No Life. Sakura Miku comes with two shared arms, hands, legs, and face plates. Additionally, she comes with a whole extra head, hair accessories, onigiri, flower, and an extra sakura flower plate. That is quite a lot of extra stuff!

After posing Sakura Miku for my photography practice, I discovered that it is a joy to pose her, whether it's having her eat onigiri, striking a singing pose, or having her hold my earphones instead of the onigiri, and much more.

My only minor complaint is that one of the extra arm joints is a bit loose, probably due to the Nendoroid's age.

Sakura Miku Nendoroid has a great sculpting, if I say so myself. The hair is simple enough that there are no visible molding lines, plastic transfers, or rough and jagged edges. As with all Nendoroids, the only noticeable line is on the hair, which you can use to pull out the hair and swap faceplates.

Her face looks great, unmistakably Sakura Miku and can’t be missed. There's not much I can say about the feet, arms, and hands—they are small and look suitable for the chibi look. The hands are also sculpted well without any imperfections. I can’t find any subtle molding lines on her legs or hands either.

Sakura Miku - Nendoroid

As this is my very first Nendoroid (and I hope they don’t multiply like rabbits), it’s somewhat challenging for me to assess the details compared to Scale figures. However, I believe that for the price, the detail and quality you receive with this Shiro Nendoroid justify the asking price.

Shiro’s hair features a few strands protruding at the front, and her crown has grooves and lines carved into it. Her ribbon has wrinkles that look natural. There are no wrinkles on the skirt or her shirt, but there are some on her sleeve where her arm bends. True to the anime, she does wear blue and white striped panties.

The accessories also boast a decent amount of detail. The smartphone has a home button, while the handheld console is equipped with an analogue stick and buttons. The playing cards are adorned with good-looking, ornate details.

In this Nendoroid version, Shiro is adorned in her signature purple outfit, which, in my opinion, is well-painted, although the colour palette is simple. It is predominantly purple, accented with white stripes and a yellow ribbon. It’s impressive to see that there are only minor instances of paint spillage or jagged edges.

Her skin tone appears natural, and the transition of her hair colour from light blue to pink, yellow, and green is executed beautifully. The precision of the paint on all her facial features is excellent. Additionally, the paint used for her crown has a metallic gold appearance.

The accessories, such as the phones, game consoles, and playing cards, are well-painted. The playing cards, in particular, have quite a bit of detail, while the smartphone and console’s paintwork seems somewhat lacklustre.

My unit arrived with a slight paint chip or damage behind her left leg. It’s quite small and, fortunately, not visible from the front. There’s also a minor paint flaw on her extra lower body skirt, where a white line is present, and one section of this line has some black spots.

The Nendoroid’s major selling point is its ability to strike various poses without the ugly and obvious joints found in Figmas. Shiro is equipped with numerous poseable parts.

She comes with two faceplates: a normal expression, a concerned look (as it appears to me), and a crying face. Additionally, she includes an extra pair of arms that have more movable joints compared to the default arms.

She also has an extra lower body part that allows her to sit without the need for the transparent base and support pole, which I consider a plus. Moreover, her ponytail is both tiltable and rotatable.

My only minor complaint is that it’s challenging to keep the smartphone and handheld console in her hands as they tend to slip out frequently.

The sculpting looks good, but there are some visible molding lines on Shiro’s hair and a few thin lines on her arms. There’s also a very subtle molding line on the front of her extra legs. Other than that, there are no mold transfers or jagged/rough lines.

Since Nendoroids have a more chibi look, I will mainly comment on Shiro’s face. The face sculpting looks great, and I can definitely tell it’s Shiro. Although the faceplates are removable, they are well-concealed behind her hair, with only one noticeable line indicating that the hair is detachable.

Another ingenious design choice is the hole cut into the extra sitting lower body’s skirt, allowing her ribbon to pass through. This prevents the ribbon from being obstructive, and Good Smile Company doesn’t need to include an additional set of bodies. After the ribbon fills the space, the hole is barely noticeable.

No Game No Life Shiro - Nendoroid

The main body of Rem Aqua Orb Ver figure is very detailed. The dress has all the natural wrinkles on it, and the floating part at her dress opening really mimics the underwater effect. I like the idea of using starfish to hold the dress together at the back too, and the starfish hairpin and anklet look nice.

The long piece of cloth coming out from the back of her dress is also nicely done, with it being tied by starfishes behind her dress. The twisted and tied part of this dress also looks really good and elegant. I also love how her dress shows her shoulder, with the dress sleeve only starting way down her biceps.

The coral formation Rem is sitting on has fairly nice details, variety, and texture to it, to make it look like actual corals. There are round corals, coral branches poking out of it too. However, it is fairly cheaply made compared to the main Rem figure.

The fishes look too cartoony and cheaply made too, and could use a bit more details. The aqua orb surrounding Rem gives a good underwater effect to the figure, but that also feels a bit on the cheaper side and seems like something that will scratch easily. It also takes up a lot of space, but luckily it is removable if you can live with a small gap in the base.

Rem Aqua Orb Ver is wearing a glossy, pearl-like dress that features a beautiful paint with a good amount of shading ranging from a more grey pearl-like colour and a more blueish pearl-like colour. The transition between the pearl colour and the transparent parts also looks natural.

Her skin colour looks natural enough, but it leans slightly more to the whiter side compared to my other figures. However, it is not as bad as the face of Asuna The Goddess of Creation Stacia by Aniplex. Her hair colour looks just like in the anime, with the tips being lighter. All her fingernails have a slightly more glossy skin colour paint on them too.

I found no paint spillage while inspecting the figure either. Those tiny little orange starfishes are painted without any spill, and some of them even have red, blue, or green dots at the centre of the stars.

My only complaint is that the base she is sitting on, the coral formation, has a paint quality that looks a bit cheap compared to the figure itself, even though it has some shading on it. The fish also look cheap. The Orb itself is quite okay and it is highly transparent.

Rem Aqua Orb Ver figure stands at 25.5 cm, but that is mostly due to the water orb that surrounds her. The main figure of Rem stands at around 22 cm with her base included. 

Her pose is simple and minimal, but it has a big impact overall. She looks adorable and elegant, especially with her dress and some parts of her dress having a floating effect, making it feel like she is actually underwater. The fishes add to the underwater vibe too. She also has a very cute smiling face, and the way she sits on the coral formation with her legs slightly to the right is lovely.

The sculpting on Rem’s hair is really good, but then again, Rem has short hair and not the most complicated one at that. There is no mold transfer, no jagged line, no obvious molding line faking as a hairline either. Some of her hair strands are glued on though.

The body sculpt is excellent from head to toe. The whole proportion looks natural. The arms and fingers are of perfect length. Her legs are perfect and beautifully sculpted too, with her knees looking realistic.

The sculpting of her dress is chef kiss perfection. It is gorgeous. The floating sleeve, the transparent underskirt, the frills on her chest area, how the dress shows her shoulders, and the twisted tied clothes on her back. Just perfect and there are no molding lines too.

The sculpt for the coral formation base is quite fine. It looks like a coral and judging from how it looks, they are probably glued together. There is no residual glue or bad glue job either.

Rem Aqua Orb Ver 1:7

Raphtalia Katana no Yuusha is an incredibly detailed figure that precisely replicates her Katana no Yuusha Miko outfit from the anime, leaving no accessory overlooked. Kotobukiya has even managed to include the ribbon on her neck, hidden beneath her hair and hand in this figure.

Raphtalia's version of Hakama is open below, resembling a skirt. Well, I'm not complaining... if you know what I mean 😏. Additionally, her white Kosode extends all the way to her knees, without any abrupt cutoffs made to save costs.

The stone road base also mimics the appearance of real stone, and the best part is that it's sized just right to complement the figure both in length and width. There's a transparent pole, cleverly concealed by her Hakama, that stabilizes one of Raphtalia's legs, adding to the overall stability of the figure.

Raphtalia's red Hakama features a generous amount of shading, enhancing its overall appearance and giving it a dynamic effect. The red obi also exhibits gradient shading, transitioning from a dark blueish hue to red. The metallic components of the katana, as well as the golden accents on the handguards and sheath, appear convincingly realistic with hamon (wavy line on katana) on its blade.

The skin colour appears natural, and the flowing hair displays various brown shades. The raccoon ear showcases a gradient from a darker brown at the base to a lighter brown at the tip, adding a delightful touch.

The paint job is commendable, with no spillage between objects such as the yellow rope, red ribbons, or gold accent paint on the katana sheath. Even hard-to-reach areas, like the stomach region, are impeccably painted, with no spills or jagged lines.

However, some jagged paint is noticeable on the red lines of her white Kosode, which is weird considering the flawless paintwork in more challenging areas. The tail could benefit from some shading, and for some reason, the brown of her tail appears slightly darker than her hair.

Standing at 22cm, Raphtalia Katana no Yuusha is a captivating figure featuring a dynamic pose that captures Raphtalia amid combat. With her stern facial expression, she strides forward with her katana in motion to slash her enemies and her flowing hair adding a natural touch. Ah, I would willingly let her dice my heart to pieces anytime.

The natural-looking action is further accentuated by the detailed features of her Hakama and Kosode, with realistic wrinkles and one of her right sleeves flowing upward. The accessories, including the Obi belt, all flow toward the left, enhancing the illusion of Raphtalia aiming to slash to her right. Without the upward flow of the right sleeve or the leftward movement of the Obi belt, the pose would appear awkward and would be less believable.

The sculpting on Raphtalia’s hair is impeccable, with no strands appearing glued on. There are no mould transfers either, and the only line on her hair is crafted to resemble Raphtalia’s natural hairline. It's impressive how detailed and flowing her hair is, especially considering that some parts of it are behind her arms. While Raphtalia’s tail looks nice, it doesn't quite match the level of detail seen in the Holo Wolf and the Scent of Fruit figure that I own.

The body sculpting is solid from head to toe. Fingers are perfectly sculpted, and the head-to-body proportions look just right. Her thighs and legs also appear natural, featuring realistic-looking kneels and bone lines. However, I can't help but feel that her feet are a bit large compared to her body proportions. 

Raphtalia’s Kosode is nicely sculpted for the most part, showcasing realistic wrinkles, and even the opening slit area is fully modelled. However, there is a noticeable moulding line on her back under the hair. We won't look at the figure from the back normally, but it's there. 

The Hakama is flawlessly sculpted and appears to be securely attached to the body. Still one must be careful when handling this figure, especially from the glued-on parts since this is a heavy figure.

Raphtalia Katana no Yuusha 1:7

Azusa Nakano Brilliant Stage is quite a well-detailed figure and let’s start from the most detailed part of the figure, which is… Azusa’s guitar. It looks like a real guitar with metal parts that actually look like metal, knobs with black paint that give an impression that they are turnable and the guitar strings are actually real strings.

The clothes on Azusa also look fairly detailed with the way they wrinkle. Her coat sleeve also shows that she has a short-sleeved shirt under the coat. She is also holding a guitar pick on her right hand which is a good attention to detail.

The inclusion of a guitar tuner and two headbands, which are the nekomimi and usagimimi, is a lovely icing on the cake. Of course, we all know we have to put nekomimi on Azusa. She is perfect with it.

I guess the least detailed part of the figure is the hair. You could say it fits how the hair looks like in the anime of the era K-On! was released, but compared to modern-day anime figures that have insane hair details with multiple strands, it is less impressive. Overall, still charming nonetheless.

Azusa Nakano is one of my favourite characters from K-On! However, since the anime is old now, there is no hope of new scale figures coming for K-On! Therefore, I ended up getting this figure from AmiAmi in A/B condition.

It is interesting to see a figure from a decade ago and I am amazed at how well Azusa Nakano Brilliant Stage’s paint has held up to date.

There are no paint spills at all. The tiny golden buttons on her coat are painted well and the shading on Azusa’s skirt is beautiful. Even her tiny fingernails are painted without spilling over to the fingers.

The vibrant red colour on her guitar is beautifully painted with a more shiny paint. The metal parts of the guitar also look realistic with the way those parts are painted with a metallic-looking paint too.

I like her skin colour have red shading on her joints where they are in action. For example, her right leg bent area has some red shading on it. It is a lovely touch and I feel like more modern anime figures need to do this too. It looks natural and gives more dynamism to the paint.

The downside of the figure would be Azusa’s hair, coat and shoes have no shading on them, just solid colours and her skin colour is a bit on the warmer side compared to some other figures I have.

Azusa Nakano Brilliant Stage figure stands at 21 cm including the base plate. It comes with a cute pose where it looks like Azusa is giving a performance to the crowd and in the middle of playing her guitar.

The pose looks very natural from the way her legs and hands are moving and her hair swaying flawlessly, giving an impression of her in motion on stage. The facial expression also shows a cheerful and cute smile, which I think reflects Azusa’s personality pretty well. The only reason I picked this Azusa figure is because I found the Alter’s Azusa face weird.

My only minor complaint would be her eyes are a little bit sharp on the corners, while Azusa in the anime has more rounded eyes.

Azusa Nakano Brilliant Stage has a solid sculpting overall. Since the hair lacks details or multiple strands, it is a fairly simple sculpt to get the hair done with zero mould transfers.

The face sculpting is excellent, with the right shape and outline of how Azusa actually looks in the anime, and the mouth is not just painted in but actually indented in.

The coat, skirt, shoes and guitar are also sculpted without any jagged edges or mould transfers.

The body, for the most part, looks fairly natural in terms of how it is sculpted. Azusa’s legs are beautifully sculpted and I think they look natural but the back of her knee (kneepit) is not as detailed in terms of how muscle might actuate.

I also can’t help but feel that her body and shoulder area, when looking from the side, look a bit too thin. Yes, I know Azusa has small oppai, but a few more millimetres or difference in body pose might make her look more natural when viewing from the sides.

Azusa Nakano Brilliant Stage 1:8

Holo Wolf and the Scent of Fruit is an exquisitely detailed figure, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. Let's begin with her hair, where multiple strands flow naturally and realistically, perfectly complementing her pose. However, it's worth noting that a couple of hair strands appear to have been attached later, which is slightly noticeable.

The shawl she wears is remarkably realistic, so much so that one could easily mistake it for genuine cloth. Furthermore, the intricately crafted dress captures every wrinkle, creating a natural and flowing effect.

The dress has buttons on the back and a ribbon tie, adding charming details to her dress. The underskirt layer features a ruffled edge, providing a delightful touch. In this version, she does wear panties adorned with a white ribbon. The fruits being held up by her skirt possess a realistic appearance, particularly when observed from a distance. The apple rolling off her skirt, held by a transparent plastic pole, blends seamlessly into the overall scene.

Naturally, the pouch where she keeps her wheat has not been overlooked. Additional intricate details include a bracelet on her wrist and an anklet on her leg.

The grassy base is skillfully executed, with sturdy metal pegs supporting Holo's leg. And if that wasn't enough, the figure is further secured by a transparent pole that seamlessly blends along her back.

I am very picky when it comes to anime figures, primarily due to space constraints. I tend to choose figures that feature anime/manga outfits or attire that is relevant to a specific era. Holo Wolf and the Scent of Fruit fall perfectly into the category of figures with era-appropriate outfits in my collection.

Good Smiles has done an excellent job in terms of paint quality for this Holo figure. The paint lines on her skirt are solid and flawless, without any spills or jagged edges. The inclusion of various fruits on her skirt adds vibrant colours to the figure, and there is no paint transfer between each fruit.

Moreover, there is no paint transfer between her bracelet and hand, as well as her anklet and legs. The contrast between the darker green shade of the skirt and the lighter shade of the inner layered skirt is executed flawlessly.

Her hair seamlessly transitions from a brown colour to a lighter shade near the tips of her ears. The same can be said for her beautiful, bushy wolf tail, where the tips display a lighter shade. Her skin colour appears natural as well, even when observed under white cooler-toned LED lighting.

Holo Wolf and the Scent of Fruit stands at a height of 25.5 cm, and Holo strikes a breathtakingly gorgeous and incredibly dynamic pose. The figure flawlessly captures the essence of Holo's confidence and playfulness.

Many Holo figures often suffer from strange facial expressions, particularly with her toothy smile. However, Holo Wolf and the Scent of Fruit has successfully captured that expression with great precision.

The pose portrays Holo as if she is joyfully dancing around after harvesting some fruits, almost on the verge of falling sideways due to sheer happiness and energy. This sense of movement is also evident in her hair, with certain strands gracefully curved forward or to the side.

The way she delicately holds the fruits and lifts her skirt slightly to reveal a glimpse of her leg only enhances her charm. Moreover, the apple toppling over adds the perfect finishing touch, further enhancing the figure's lifelike appearance.

Overall, Holo Wolf and the Scent of Fruit showcase excellent sculpting, with only a couple of minor concerns. Firstly, there are visible signs of attached-on hair strands. Secondly, the grass on the base could benefit from more intricate sculpting.

Beginning with the hair, the sculpting is skillfully executed, and the moulding line blends seamlessly, resembling a natural hairline. There are no noticeable moulding transfer marks or rough edges between the strands. The sculpting of Holo's stunning tail is also exceptional.

In my opinion, this Holo figure boasts the best face sculpt, especially with her wide, toothy smile. This figure also avoids the issues of having an uncanny face found in the other Plentiful Harvest version.

Her clothing is masterfully sculpted as a single piece, without any visible moulding lines. The arms and fingers appear realistic, and the sculpting of her holding up her skirt is executed flawlessly. The sculpting of her legs, including the knees, thighs, calves, and individual toes, is also well-crafted, resulting in a lifelike appearance.

The sculpting of the fruits on her skirt is also impressive, although I suspect they may be relatively hollow inside, as the attached apple emits a hollow sound when tapped. Just an observation and not really an issue.

Holo Wolf and the Scent of Fruit 1:7

Code Geass C.C. Ashford Academy Uniform Ver offers an abundance of details to appreciate, and I'll be following the tradition of reviewing from top to bottom.

Starting with her hair, the majority of it looks natural, with strands flowing realistically. However, there are a couple of strands that seem a bit disconnected and appear to have been added later, rather than being seamlessly moulded in. Moving on to her eyes, they resemble the anime version perfectly, and her mouth isn't just painted on; it is actually sculpted.

The coat is a standout feature, boasting remarkable realism and fine detailing. The pocket area is nicely sculpted to give the impression of an actual coat pocket, and even the belt has real holes instead of being merely painted on. The shirt underneath the coat exhibits realistic wrinkles, and all the tiny buttons are meticulously modelled.

Furthermore, the figure includes tiny, painted fingernails, which is a fantastic attention to detail that I greatly appreciate. The skirt, positioned at her ankle, features natural-looking wrinkles and even includes modelled buttons. Additionally, the socks exhibit the necessary wrinkles at the back near the heels and at the front near the toes.

The base could have been sometime more colourful or with some designs instead of just a plain red transparent base.

Code Geass C.C. Ashford Academy Uniform Ver, as the name implies, features C.C. in her school uniform, portrayed in the process of taking it off.

The paint quality in this figure is superb, with no spills or jagged edges in most places. The shading on her coat looks nice, and so does the use of gold trim colour on her coat. The interior of the coat is also appropriately darker, resembling a real coat.

There are some very faded-out lime colour shadings on her shirt’s left side shoulder for the unit that I got which I am not sure if it is intentional or not.

Her hair exhibits a skilful blend of darker and lighter green shades, which adds to its realistic appearance. Additionally, her skin tone looks natural and not plasticky. Furthermore, the figure includes meticulously painted, tiny pink fingernails, without any paint spillage onto the fingers. I really appreciate this attention to detail.

Code Geass C.C. Ashford Academy Uniform Ver stands at a height of 25 cm, capturing a delightful blend of cuteness, shyness, and allure in her pose. Although C.C. may not exhibit shyness in the anime, this figure presents a refreshing and captivating interpretation.

In this figure, C.C. is depicted with her skirt falling to her ankles, while delicately pulling her shirt's hem down with one hand, gently covering her chest, and revealing a hint of her captivating cleavage. The way her coat gracefully slips from her shoulder adds an extra touch of sensuality to the overall composition.

Her facial expression perfectly complements the pose, showcasing a mix of nervousness, shyness, and undeniable charm. Furthermore, her flowing hair adds a dynamic element that truly captivates the eye, adding that extra touch of allure that completes the figure's appeal.

The overall sculpting of the figure is truly excellent, and my only minor concern would be regarding the hair, where some strands appear to have been added after the main moulding process. However, there are no rough edges or evidence of moulding transfer, and the sculpting line on the hair cleverly mimics a natural hairline.

The clothing sculpting is masterfully executed. The fingers look natural, with the appropriate width and realistic length, and individual fingernails are sculpted as well.

The sculpting of the thighs and legs also appears natural, capturing the expected details of real-life anatomy. Furthermore, I must commend the sculpting and curvature of her posterior, which is flawlessly executed and deserving of a 10/10 rating.

My only concern is that the entire figure is supported by two plastic pegs connected to her right leg, which may pose a risk of breakage or leaning problems in the future. Additionally, she does exhibit some wobbling when the shelf she's displayed on is shaken.

Code Geass C.C. Ashford Academy Uniform Ver 1:7

Well... It is a swimsuit anime figure and shows a lot of skins. The frills on the bikini are a nice touch while I do wish the ribbon got more detail instead of just one solid red colour. A mix of black and red on the ribbon will make it look better in my opinion.

The wrapped clothes around her legs and arms are a nice touch and look realistic but the ice pop looks a little bit too plasticky and a bit more detail on it would have been nice such as the tip melting a bit.

Pop Up Parade Megumin Swimsuit Ver is a very simple figure of Megumin in her bikini. The colours used here are mostly black and red to match her classic outfit colour and aesthetic.

A very simple figure in a bikini so it is hard to mess up the paint when you don’t have a lot to paint, to begin with. There is a minor paint spill on the red string of her bikini on her right side for the unit I get. Apart from that I can’t really find any more spill. 

The colour looks solid but I kind of expect a little bit more such as some shading to make up for lesser parts to paint in. The skin colour looks natural except for her right foot where there is a peg to put into the base. The skin colour around the foot looks different and lighter in colour compared to her other body parts.

Pop Up Parade Megumin Swimsuit Ver stands at 17 cm tall with a simple pose which looks like she is running with one of her arms open while holding an ice pop in her opposite hand. The pose leans more toward the cute side than being sexy which I think is quite suitable for Megumin’s personality.

The facial expression of Megumin being cheerful and having fun also radiate well. Overall, there is not much to say about the pose apart from the fact that I expect a little more dynamic pose to make up for how simple the figure looks.

Pop Up Parade Megumin Swimsuit Ver have solid sculpting, especially for the body which is needed for a swimsuit figure. The crease line behind Megumin's back, her armpit, and her belly button all look natural. Both the toes and fingers look natural without being too long or sharp.

I do wish the hair got better sculping or detail on them. Right now her hair looks like one round mass with thick strands of hair sticking out. A bit more refined detail or thinner strands of hair would make the figure scream more quality.

There are no plastic mould transfer, bump or jugged edges be it on the frill bikini or the body. There is a tiny bump on her front right side hair but nothing too bad. Still, kind of a surprise about the bump given how simple her hair looks.

POP UP PARADE Megumin Swimsuit Ver

Elaina Coreful Figure has solid detail even though it might not be as detailed as another Taito’s Miku Nakano Coreful Figure which I own since it is an overall simple figure without a lot of complicated pieces. Going from top to bottom as always in my review. 

The hair details look pretty good. Not super flowly but look natural enough. The semi-transparent tips work pretty well with Elaina’s ashen hair colour. The ribbons and hair tie on her hair is not forgotten either.

The yellow ribbon on her chest looks pretty decent too and the shirt has all the necessary wrinkles to make it look natural. Love the texture on the skirt but the way the skirt is flowing and folded does look a bit blocky in some places.

The inside of the underskirt is well-detailed with all the necessary wrinkles and the edge got cute ruffles (p.s. not sure if it is the correct term, I am not a tailor) all around it. The shoes come with all the necessary wrinkles and detail on them too and the base plate just screams magic.

Majo no Tabitabi Elaina Coreful Figure has Elaina in her classic outfit but without her mage overcoat. It is a fairly simple figure to paint in since the majority of the colour are white, black or grey with a hint of yellow and pink on her ribbons and shoes.

The paint quality is pretty good and paint spills are kept to the bare minimum on the figure. The only two misplaced paints I can find are on her hair and near her panty on her buttcheck. The one on the hair is just a tiny thin black line and the one on her butt is a small white dot. Skin colour looks natural too and not washed out or plasticky looking.

As for the minor complaints, the paint line on the shoe is a bit jagged and the white colour on her shirt and underskirt could have been whiter instead of on a more yellow hue spectrum which kind of makes her look cheaper. Darker shading to separate the fingers on her left hand would be nice too since it looks like the fingers are merging a bit.

Elaina Coreful Figure stands at 20 cm tall and strikes a very cute pose. I swear Taito Coreful lineup has mastered the art of making simple but cute-looking character poses.

Holding a wand in one hand and her arm open pose is nothing short of adorable. Pair that with her cheerful smile and her skirt flaring up a bit, the pose is bound to pull some heartstrings. To add to that is her thicc tights which is an ultimate finishing move.

Not a lot to say about the pose, it is a very subtle but cute pose and pretty great for a prize figure.

Good sculpting on Elaina Coreful Figure overall though the hair sculpting could be better. There are obvious moulding/sculpting lines on the hair not just on top of her hair but also on her braided hair. There are some plastic transfers from one hair strand to another and some strands have rough edges.

Apart from the hair sculpting being a bit lacklustre, the rest of the sculpting is pretty good with Elaina’s sexy curve. The sculpting of the fingers looks natural too though the left finger could use some more shading to separate each individual finger.

There are no obvious moulding lines on the clothes or upper body but there is a very faint line on the back of her calf which is quite hard to see unless you inspect closely. Her leg looks natural too and yes, very nice and plump booty sculpting too.

Majo no Tabitabi Elaina Coreful Figure

Asuna The Goddess of Creation Stacia 1/7 Scale figure by Aniplex may look simple at first due to her dress being white and light pink but looking closer, it is a well-detailed figure.

The dress flows beautifully with all the wavey shapes and curves. The wrinkles are realistic and even got wrinkles on her stocking where her kneel is bent. There are also wrinkles on her dress's stomach area near where the hole cutouts are.

Her armours are also using a different kind of material which is smoother to the touch. The armours are well made with all the necessary emboss. Both the sword and the sheath are well-made and detailed. The gems on the sword are semi-transparent which is a nice attention to detail. Her floating gold bracelets are not forgotten too and are generously sized. They are glued to her arm’s armour but feel a bit flimsy so be careful when handling them

Using the dress to hold the figure up is a genius idea. Mostly because I don’t like the use of transparent poles to hold the figure up but it does make the dress on the part where you have to put the figure into the base peg a bit bulky.

My two minor complaints would be that it would be nice to have some simple pattern on the plain white base. I personally don’t have other Asuna Stacia figures to compare to but judging from the photograph of the GSC version, the GSC version seems to have more detailed hair but a more plasticky-looking armour.

Asuna The Goddess of Creation Stacia 1/7 Scale figure by Aniplex has Asuna in her War of Underworld Stacia outfit and it is a figure with a gorgeous paint job.

There are absolutely zero paint spills and there are no jagged paints or missing paint on the pink lines on her dress either. The pink gradient taint on her white dress looks awesome and makes the dress look more dynamic too.

The hair got different shades and tones depending on the strands and absolutely no paint spill. The difference in paint colour and material on her armour plates also makes it seem like actual armour and not part of her dress. Not to mention the shiny and glittering effect on the armour is a nice touch.

The skin tone for the leg, arm and shoulder looks natural and not plasticky. The face skin tone didn’t look plasticky but I can’t help but notice a slight skin colour difference between the face and other parts of her body. Her face skin colour looks lighter. Not a deal breaker but a thing to take note of when buying this figure.

Asuna The Goddess of Creation Stacia 1/7 Scale figure by Aniplex stands at 23.5 cm tall and strikes a serious pose where it looks like she is giving a command to an army to move out.

It is a very dynamic yet elegant pose and captures the heat of the moment quite nicely from her hand gesture to how she is floating mid-air with her hair and dress flowing behind. Her facial expression screams serious business and she looks quite close to her anime art.

Having a bonus changeable hand to hold the sword also gives it a different look where she is both giving a command and ready to strike at any moment. Personally, I like this pose more since it got more energy.

Asuna The Goddess of Creation Stacia figure have Excellent sculpting with zero visible sculpting line or mould line. Starting from top to bottom. Her hair sculpting have no plastic mould transfer and everything is mostly smooth. However, there is a tiny little bump on her front right-side hair on the figure I got. The face sculpting looks good from multiple different angles.

The sculpting on the arm and fingers look quite natural but I feel the sculpting on her left hand’s fingers is a tiny bit long. Once again it is a clean mould. No jagged stuff here. Moreover, the armpit concave area also looks nice.

Her body sculpting is also excellent, with such sexy curves and gorgeous legs with stockings and straps which wrap all the way around her tights. The stocking and straps don’t look like it merges with the skin either and look like separate piece even though they are sculpted from one mould piece.

The sculpting on the dress is beautiful and clean as it should be for a dress of a goddess. The armours appear to be attached to the dress after the main moulding is done and looks like separate legit armour pieces. The sword and sheath are different pieces too which have to be attached to her.

Asuna The Goddess of Creation Stacia 1:7 Aniplex

Pop Up Parade Holo is a very detailed figure for its price. As always from the top to the bottom order. She has a short Ahoge hair sticking out of her hair (which is not present in the anime) and the way her hair flow with multiple strands at her back is well-detailed.

Her poach necklace is not forgotten of cause and even got a ribbon pattern on it. There is also a cross pattern belt-like strap on her chest. The ribbon on her hip area got a detailed textured pattern on them. The ribbon patterns are not 100% accurate since the lighter red part in the anime got a wavy pattern but this figure one is just a straight block.
